Eligibility criteria: Plan and execute skills-training programs for rural youth, social entrepreneurs, farmers, WSHGs etc.
Guide & inspire rural students in designing skilled-based career path with the involvement of stakeholders (parents, social leaders, institutes, foundations etc)
Identify new technology-based self-employment opportunities, develop educational content (lesson-plans, manuals, PPTs, videos).
Document work outcome in form of success stories, case-stories, funding proposal etc
Coordinate with partners (field experts, funding agencies, grassroot organization).
Key responsibilities: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Science/Engineering + MBA, or MSW/PGDM in Livelihood/Social Entrepreneurship/Developmental Studies; minimum 2 years relevant experience (freshers with tech tinkering aptitude considered, science/tech background preferred).
Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, English (verbal/written); proficient in computers and social media handling.
Skills in proposal writing including bankable business plans, project funding proposals etc.
Willingness for rural stays/travel; passion for appropriate technologies and rural development.
